- Travel Responsibility.
If a Client has decided to travel to Russia or Ukraine to meet a lady,
the Agency is not responsible for his own safety and the safety of his
luggage.
If this tour is organized by the Agency, the Client will be met at the
airport of his final destination city. The Representative of the
Agency is also responsible for accommodating Client in matters such as
reserving a hotel room, transportation around the city by the Agency
car, organization of excursion tours and romantic dinners.
The Agency is not responsible if a Client becomes ill during his trip,
has his luggage lost, stolen or damaged due to Transportation Company
or suffers any loss by force majeure, including Acts of God on the
terrain of Russia, Ukraine or other countries.
